    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Summary:</strong> The position of Senior System Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving the organization&rsquo;s IT infrastructure both on-premises and in the cloud to ensure scalability, reliability, and security.</p><div align=\"center\" data-pasted=\"true\"><table border=\"1\" cellspacing=\"0\" cellpadding=\"0\" width=\"768\"><tbody><tr><td valign=\"top\" style=\"width: 100%;\"><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Essential Responsibilities:</strong></p></td></tr><tr><td valign=\"top\" style=\"width: 100%;\"><ol start=\"1\" type=\"1\"><li>Design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available IT infrastructure in a hybrid virtual environment.</li><li>Lead system architecture decisions, including servers, storage, virtualization, and cloud platforms</li><li>Plan and execute system upgrades including testing, migrations, and new technology deployments around tight maintenance windows</li><li>Develop and maintain infrastructure standards, documentation, and best practices</li><li>Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, and business continuity strategies are in place and tested</li><li>Monitor systems performance, capacity, and reliability; troubleshoot and implement improvements proactively</li><li>Act as escalation point for complex technical issues for both IT and other business teams</li><li>Reduce manual processes and improve operational efficiency through automation and standardization</li><li>Integrate systems and workflows across platforms and services</li><li>Support cloud adoption strategies, including hybrid environments and migrations&nbsp;</li><li>Optimize cloud costs, performance, and scalability</li><li>Work closely with IT leadership, developers, network engineers, and business stakeholders&nbsp;</li><li>Lead or participate in infrastructure-related projects and initiatives&nbsp;</li><li>Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior administrators and engineers&nbsp;</li><li>Contribute to long-term IT strategy and roadmap planning</li></ol><p style=\"margin-left:.5in;\"><br></p></td></tr><tr><td valign=\"top\" style=\"width: 100%;\"><ol start=\"16\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;margin-left: 0in;\"><li>You will be expected to perform in compliance with ISO 9001 requirements.</li></ol></td></tr><tr><td valign=\"top\" style=\"width: 100%;\"><ol start=\"17\" type=\"1\"><li>You will be responsible for following safety guidelines, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and using good safety judgment.
