This program provides hands-on experience in a real-world dental setting and serves as an excellent pathway into dental school.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Our internship program has a strong track record of success — many of our former interns have gone on to attend dental school, become practicing dentists, or continue their careers in dentistry within our office. We are passionate about mentoring future dental professionals and creating an educational and rewarding experience.</p>\n<h2>Position Overview</h2>\n<p>The Dental Intern position is designed to introduce pre-dental students to the many facets of general dentistry and patient care. Interns begin with foundational responsibilities and gradually develop advanced clinical and administrative skills. This is an excellent opportunity to gain meaningful exposure to dentistry while working alongside experienced doctors and team members in a fast-paced, supportive environment.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<h3>Entry-Level Responsibilities</h3>\n<ul>\n <li>Shadow dentists during patient care and procedures</li>\n <li>Break down and set up operatories</li>\n <li>Sterilize dental instruments and maintain infection control protocols</li>\n <li>Seat and prepare patients for treatment</li>\n <li>Take digital scans and assist with patient flow</li>\n <li>Support the clinical team with basic office tasks</li>\n</ul>\n<h3>Advanced Responsibilities (As Experience Grows)</h3>\n<ul>\n <li>Assist with basic and complex dental procedures</li>\n <li>Take impressions and dental radiographs</li>\n <li>Write chart notes and update patient records</li>\n <li>Support front office operations and patient communication</li>\n <li>Fabricate temporary crowns</li>\n <li>Provide patients with treatment explanations and post-operative instructions</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Pre-dental student pursuing a future career in dentistry</li>\n <li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li>\n <li>Positive attitude with a willingness to learn</li>\n <li>Reliable, professional, and team-oriented</li>\n <li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment</li>\n <li>Commitment of at least 3 days per week preferred, with full-time availability encouraged</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Compensation & Benefits</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Up to $30 per hour</li>\n <li>PTO and paid holidays</li>\n <li>401(k) options</li>\n <li>Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance benefits</li>\n <li>Occasional team lunches and office outings/trips</li>\n <li>Valuable hands-on experience and mentorship in all areas of dentistry</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Why Join Our Internship Program?</h2>\n<p>This internship is more than just a job — it is an opportunity to gain firsthand experience in dentistry before dental school.
