For us lasting trusted relationships are everything, both with our teams and our clients. </p>\n<h2>The Opportunity</h2>\n<p>In this role you will:  </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Partner closely with the Project Manager to support overall schedule management </li>\n <li>Be a visible safety leader onsite, actively participating in the day-to-day health and safety management, as well as safety auditing </li>\n <li>Assist with the required project closeout processes and documentation and ensure expectations are met to receive approval to close the project. </li>\n <li>Work with key partners to ensure all variations are captured and costs issued to the client </li>\n <li>Ensure resources are appropriate to meet current and future commitments and to maximise opportunities </li>\n <li>Lead and attend key meetings to monitor progress, actively collaborate on solving problems and communicate impacts to partners </li>\n <li>Liase with key partners in QA, Commissions and EHS to ensure excellent project delivery </li>\n <li>Manage and track all costs associated with the project including labour, materials, plant and equipment, variations and valuations </li>\n <li>Management of sub-contractor activities including tracking progress against schedule and labour levels </li>\n <li>Lead overall construction as part of a client team with particular emphasis on logisitics and handover </li>\n <li>Monitor the day-to-day activities in the field, managing the flow of information, and reporting and tracking issues arising from progress, quality and safety </li>\n</ul>\n<p>We would love to hear from you if you: </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Are an experienced construction manager on large scale construction projects with increasing levels of leadership </li>\n <li>Have a degree or comparable experience in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying or similar construction related discipline </li>\n <li>Have strong knowledge of the full design and construction process</li>\n <li>Experience working on mission-critical projects</li>\n <li>Have a professional certification, or are seeking one. We can help </li>\n <li>Have a proven record of coordinating and managing large projects with excellent results </li>\n <li>Are able to mobilise people and teams, and drive for a successful project delivery </li>\n <li>Are effective in building good working relationships within complex structures across projects, clients, and internal partners </li>\n</ul>\n<p>All interviews are conducted either in person or virtually with video required.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The salary range for this role is between $127,000 and $176,000 but actual salary offered is dependent on experience, skill set and education.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>#LI-NK1</p>\n<h2>About us</h2>\n<p>Linesight is a highly successful global project and cost management consultancy that keeps clients coming back.
