This role is all about creating a calm, personalized experience for each guest, someone who takes pride in their craft and understands that attention to detail makes all the difference.</p><p>What You’ll Do</p><ul><li>Provide massage and body treatments in line with our service standards and guest expectations</li><li>Tailor each service to the individual needs of the guest, including assessing any contraindications</li><li>Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment environment, following all sanitation and safety protocols</li><li>Stay knowledgeable about all spa services and products, and confidently guide guests with recommendations when appropriate</li><li>Ensure all treatments begin and end on time</li><li>Keep treatment notes and guest records as needed</li><li>Support daily spa operations, including opening/closing duties and general upkeep of work areas</li><li>Communicate product or supply needs to management</li><li>Participate in team meetings and ongoing training</li></ul><p>Guest Experience</p><ul><li>Create a warm, professional, and attentive experience from start to finish</li><li>Answer guest questions with confidence and care</li><li>Respond thoughtfully to guest needs, requests, or concerns</li><li>Help promote other spa services and amenities in a natural, helpful way</li></ul>",
