This position is created to:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">- contribute to the transformation of the Finance Department,</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">- deploy a Core Model supporting the fast-growing business, in all functions and geographies.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">RESPONSIBILITIES</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Lead Accounting Process</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">· Contribute to build the capability and autonomy of local finance teams, reducing reliance on external CPAs</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">· Contribute to a better understanding of financial data</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">· Lead the redesign and operational implementation of new accelerated close (Fast Close) processes across all entities</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">· Ensure Fast Close processes are fully aligned with Consolidation Team workflows</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Group-wide Standardization</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">· Contribute to implementation of a comprehensive Group Accounting Manual (e.g., IP delivery).</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">· Produce process maps, SOPs, and checklists</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">· Deploy and maintain the Accounting / Consolidation Core Model</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">· Harmonize practices across entities</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">· Support definition of new roles, process and responsibilities</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">· Pilot and test the new processes in selected entities for Finance Tools</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">· Oversee test cycles / UAT related to R2R activities on new tool deployment (RPA, AI, ect..)</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">· Support subsidiaries during rollout’s</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">· Train local finance teams on new process</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">· Monitor closing KPIs (D+1, D+2, D+3, etc.) and dailies, Group calendar preparations</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">3. Operational Financial Deployment</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">· Support Preparation of the future Group’s developments (new entities, new geographies, new scopes)</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">4. Audit Support</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">· Act as PMO of the annual audit process</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">5.
