Learn more at www.verint.com.\n\n Overview of Job Function: \n\nThe Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for overseeing financial support for several business functions within the organization. Areas of focus include financial reporting and analysis of global expenses, preparation and presentation of monthly financial results to relevant budget owners, coordination with the business and accounting teams, preparation and management of key monthly financial documentation and processes, and key performance metrics reporting.\n\n Principal Duties and Essential Responsibilities: \n\n Manage the preparation of required monthly presentations of financial results and KPI’s for the appropriate business leaders.\n Serve as primary FP&A contact for Senior Leaders of the Company, including management of the annual budget and monthly forecast process for each function.\n Drive financial analysis and forecasting, which includes analysis of actual financial and operational results at individual budget level and regular meetings with budget owners to discuss results.\n Evaluate areas for process improvement and manage the implementation of those improvements.\n Assist with evaluating operations and financial modeling to support strategic goals.\n Review monthly actual financial results during the close process to ensure accuracy\n Complete various ad hoc analyses as required.\n\n Requirements\n\n Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in Accounting or Finance or the equivalent years of work experience\n Minimum of 6 years of experience in finance or accounting\n Minimum of 4 years of progressive management experience\n Advanced skills in Excel\n Effective at interacting with a range of audiences including Senior Leaders\n Exceptional interpersonal, oral and written communications abilities\n Strong collaboration skills with the ability to influence and work effectively in a matrix environment to solicit support and resolve conflicts\n Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect and interpret and analyze data which will be reported to multiple internal sources\n Successful completion of a background screening process including, but not limited to, employment verifications, criminal search, OFAC, SS Verification, as well as credit and drug screening, where applicable and in accordance with federal and local regulations\n\n Preferred Requirements: \n\n Experience with Oracle and Hyperion\n An advanced degree in a related field\n\n Benefits\n\nBenefits:  \n\nYou've learned about what you'll be doing, here are some of the benefits you'll be getting when you join Calabrio: \n\n Global team recognized for their passion and innovation \n\n Innovative product culture and project exposure \n\n Training and development from industry leading experts \n\n Cutting edge benefit programs that include: 401(k) with company matching; medical, dental, and vision insurance; disability and life insurance; flexible PTO; paid holidays and parental leave; tuition reimbursement and more \n\n We offer market competitive pay and benefits based upon the candidate’s skills, experience, and qualifications. Starting rate of pay for this salaried position is targeted at $100,000. \n\nCalabrio People are: Open, Clear, Ambitious, Accountable, Collaborative, Consistent \n\nWhat we value most…workplace diversity and ensuring an environment of mutual respect.  We believe that diversity and inclusion are critical to our success, and we are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
