In this role, you&rsquo;ll provide individualized, goal-oriented support that helps residents build independence, enhance life skills, and integrate successfully into the community.<br />\n<br />\n<strong>Schedule:</strong><br />\n&bull; Tuesday: 3pm &ndash; 11pm<br />\n&bull; Saturday &amp; Sunday: 3pm &ndash; 11pm<br />\n<br />\n<strong>What You&rsquo;ll Do:</strong><br />\n&bull; Assist in the daily operations of the program while ensuring a safe and supportive environment.<br />\n&bull; Provide individualized recovery planning and ongoing support tailored to residents&rsquo; strengths and needs.<br />\n&bull; Teach and coach independent living skills such as personal care, cooking, cleaning, money management, and safety.<br />\n&bull; Facilitate rehabilitation groups and provide interventions aligned with recovery plans.<br />\n&bull; Offer crisis intervention when needed and coordinate care with clinical teams, emergency personnel, and community resources.<br />\n&bull; Supervise self-medication protocols and support residents in developing healthy habits.<br />\n&bull; Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and data entry.<br />\n&bull; Collaborate with treatment teams, families, and community partners to connect residents with vital supports.<br />\n&bull; Stay awake and alert during all shifts to ensure resident safety and program operations.<br />\n<br />\n<strong>What We&rsquo;re Looking For:</strong><br />\n&bull; Experience working with individuals with mental health and/or co-occurring disorders.<br />\n&bull; Strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills.<br />\n&bull; Ability to teach life skills and foster independence with patience and respect.<br />\n&bull; Flexibility to respond to crises and adapt to residents&rsquo; evolving needs.<br />\n&bull; Willingness to use personal vehicle for company business or to transport clients.<br />\n<br />\n<strong>Why Join BHcare?</strong><br />\nAt BHcare, you&rsquo;ll play a key role in helping individuals transition toward greater independence and quality of life.
