          "text": "<p>We are seeking an Ink maker/Ink Tech to work with us Friday, Saturday and Sunday days from 5am-5:30pm. We have a very competitive starting pay&#xa0;plus a shift differential when applicable. If you are looking to start a new career with a stable company that grows its leaders from within, then INX International is the right place for you.&#xa0;The person in this role will specialize in the manufacturing of high-quality printing ink.&#xa0;As an Ink Maker/Ink Tech you will be responsible for:</p><ul><li>Following batch instructions to weight batches,&#xa0;charge and mix inks</li><li>Understanding proper mixing procedures and raw materials</li><li>Monitoring temperature and mix speeds and adjust as needed</li><li>Following procedures for milling inks, adjusting pump speeds and mill rates</li><li>Following procedures to filter, package and label inks</li><li>Making&#xa0;QC adjustments as instructed</li><li>Weighing quantities of raw materials&#xa0;</li><li>Operating&#xa0;one or more mixers in a safe and efficient manner&#xa0;</li><li>Packaging finished product</li><li>Operating a forklift</li></ul>",

          "text": "<p><strong><em>To perform your job as expected, you will be required to:</em></strong></p><ul><li>Have a High school diploma or G.E.D.</li><li>Have previous manufacturing experience of at least 6 months</li><li>Have Fork lift experience</li><li>Be able&#xa0;to lift up to 50 lbs.</li><li>Have basic math, communications and mechanical logic skills</li><li>Be capable&#xa0;to complete multiple tasks</li><li>Demonstrate good knowledge of Microsoft Suite (MS Office) programs.</li></ul><p><strong><em>In addition to these qualifications, we will consider as a plus if you have:</em></strong></p><ul><li>Understanding of 5S workplace</li><li>Knowledge of TPM</li><li>Ability to work 12-hour shifts</li><li>Ability to work overtime, weekends</li></ul>",
