About You

What you’ll do and what success looks like in this role
Lead and manage telesales teams across Hong Kong and China , setting clear targets and ensuring consistent sales performance.
Drive growth in retail loan and refinancing products by acquiring, developing, and retaining customers through effective channel management.
Build strong understanding of lending propositions, customer needs, and loan portfolio quality to support sustainable business growth.
Provide structured sales training, ongoing coaching, and performance management to build a high‑performing and compliant sales team.
Monitor sales productivity, conversion, and portfolio performance, using data insights to optimize channel effectiveness.
Ensure adherence to sales governance, conduct standards, and regulatory requirements across all sales activities.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Credit, Risk, Operations, Marketing) to support end‑to‑end sales initiatives.
Lead a team of telesales to solicit new business opportunities in loans
Monitor and manage the risk profile of the team loan portfolio
Maintain good rapport with existing customers in order to explore new business opportunities
Review the customer portfolio as assigned on a regular basis to refine business strategies and directions
Require travelling to China office for coaching and training purpose
What is required and what we’re looking for
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or a related field.
8+ years’ experience in business development, and channel sales (ideally in banking, fintech, or financial services).
Strong analytical skills—able to assess opportunities, build business cases, and track sales/loan metrics.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Comfortable navigating matrix organizations and collaborating with cross-functional teams (Product, Tech, Risk, Legal, Ops).
Highly proactive self-starter with strong commercial instincts.
Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
