This leadership role ensures maintenance programs are executed safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with company, customer, and regulatory requirements.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The Lead Maintenance Technician provides technical oversight, mentors maintenance personnel, and plays a key role in developing and maintaining long‑term maintenance strategies to ensure reliability and operational excellence.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Candidates should be open to international rotational assignments on a 28‑day on / 28‑day off schedule, as required.</strong></p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Maintenance Leadership & Oversight</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities across mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and automated control systems.</li>\n <li>Ensure all utility and support systems on the platform are properly maintained and organized.</li>\n <li>Provide coaching, mentoring, and knowledge sharing to maintenance personnel.</li>\n <li>Promote teamwork and effective communication within the maintenance team.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Planning & Reliability</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Develop and implement I&E maintenance plans.</li>\n <li>Develop maintenance programs for: </li>\n <ul>\n  <li>I&E equipment</li>\n  <li>Turbine and gas compressors</li>\n  <li>Generators and gas/diesel generator systems</li>\n  <li>Reciprocating equipment including pumps and compressors</li>\n </ul>\n <li>Support continuous improvement efforts to enhance equipment reliability and system performance.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Safety, Compliance & Documentation</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Maintain a strong safety‑oriented mindset and enforce strict adherence to all safety standards and procedures.</li>\n <li>Ensure compliance with all regulatory, customer, and company requirements.</li>\n <li>Demonstrate expert knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards.</li>\n <li>Complete all mandatory paperwork and documentation required by customers and government agencies</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>This position is for a new deepwater production platform that is under construction. This position will have an office schedule of 3 days in the office and 2 days working remotely then it will transition to an international rotation schedule of 28x28 until the construction overseas is completed. Once the platform is sailed to its permanent home in the Gulf of America, the rotation schedule will be 21x21.</li>\n <li>High School Diploma or equivalent required.</li>\n <li>Minimum of 15 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, preferably in an offshore environment</li>\n <li>Proven leadership and supervisory experience in maintenance operations</li>\n <li>High Voltage certification</li>\n <li>Valid TWIC card</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Additional technical experience in telecommunications or related systems</li>\n</ul>",
