You&rsquo;ll work across teams, build relationships, and play a key part in strengthening and shaping our social compliance program.</p><p><strong><u>Major Duties / Responsibilities:</u></strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Serve as a resource on social responsibility risks and best practices, helping evaluate supplier alignment with our Code of Conduct&nbsp;</li><li>Partner with internal teams and external vendors to support onboarding and ongoing compliance efforts&nbsp;</li><li>Plan and conduct onsite audits for company-owned facilities, including follow-up visits as needed&nbsp;</li><li>Manage and track Corrective Action Plans (CAPs), partnering with site teams to implement meaningful improvements&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain accurate audit records, compliance documentation, and reporting systems&nbsp;</li><li>Monitor supplier performance and identify opportunities to reduce risk and improve outcomes&nbsp;</li><li>Contribute to policy and procedure development with both domestic and international teams based on industry trends and emerging standards&nbsp;</li><li>Research country-specific regulations and social responsibility risks to support informed decision-making&nbsp;</li><li>Respond to customer inquiries and complete compliance questionnaires with accuracy and clarity&nbsp;</li><li>Stay up to date on labor laws, industry standards, and best practices&nbsp;</li><li>Report company initiatives and efforts through third-party platforms</li><li>Support training and awareness initiatives related to ethical sourcing&nbsp;</li><li>Share monthly updates on program performance and key metrics&nbsp;</li><li>Travel domestically (up to 40%) to support audits and site visits&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong><u>What You Bring</u></strong></p><p>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The list below is representative of the knowledge, skills and/or ability required.</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>2&ndash;3 years of experience in social compliance, corporate social responsibility, or a related field&nbsp;</li><li>Familiarity with international labor standards and compliance programs (within U.S. and Asia a plus)&nbsp;</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities&nbsp;</li><li>Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities&nbsp;</li><li>Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy&nbsp;</li><li>Comfort working both independently and collaboratively&nbsp;</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP a plus)&nbsp;</li><li>Knowledge of SMETA, ERSA, or B Corp standards is a plus&nbsp;</li><li>A sense of ownership, accountability, and a drive to make things better</li><li>Jump in where needed&mdash;priorities can shift, and flexibility is key</li></ul><p><br></p><p data-pasted=\"true\">Our customers come from all walks of life and so do we.
