Responsible for cleaning and sanitizing the facility to ensure that federal and state requirements are met. Responsible for doing various general job duties to support the production run. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with team members, provide guidance to trainees. Dilay initiative by seeking out additional work when assigned tasks are completed. Use good judgment while performing duties.</span></p><p style='margin-top:0in;margin-right:0in;margin-bottom:8.0pt;margin-left:0in;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:\"Calibri\",sans-serif;line-height:normal;background:white;'><strong><span style='font-size:14px;font-family:\"Arial\",sans-serif;color:#414141;background:white;'>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: </span></strong><span style='font-size:14px;font-family:\"Arial\",sans-serif;color:#414141;'><br> <span style=\"background:white;\">&bull; Wash and sanitize production equipment following procedures and instructions, document activities as needed. Disassemble and reassemble parts of the machinery to ensure that equipment is cleaned thoroughly, notify appropriate parties when problems are encountered.</span><br> <span style=\"background:white;\">&bull; Wash and sanitize production work area.</span><br> <span style=\"background:white;\">&bull; Empty all refuse containers.</span><br> <span style=\"background:white;\">&bull; Clean and sweep warehouse.</span><br> <span style=\"background:white;\">&bull; Clean office areas, lunchrooms and restrooms.</span><br> <span style=\"background:white;\">&bull; Open and prepare raw material for daily production run.</span><br> <span style=\"background:white;\">&bull; Ensure that production area, sanitation area and tools are kept clean and organized.</span><br> <span style=\"background:white;\">&bull; Discard used packaging materials in an appropriate manner.</span><br> <span style=\"background:white;\">&bull; Perform support duties and skilled positions on production line if line is in operation in lieu of sanitation.</span><br> <span style=\"background:white;\">&bull; Open cheese and prepare production lines for on time start up.</span><br> <span style=\"background:white;\">&bull; Pack finished product into appropriate packaging.</span><br> <span style=\"background:white;\">&bull; Ensure that quality specifications are being met with finished product.
