Implements high quality program instruction.</span></p>\r\n\r\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in;margin-right:0in;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size:9pt;\">ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:</span></strong></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:9pt;\">Instructs program in accordance with YMCA guidelines, having prepared lesson plans accordingly, and supports members and program participants in achieving their goals.</span></li>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:9pt;\">Experience in the Art of Tai Kwan Do and the ability to lead and grow an established karate program for beginner, intermediate and advanced students.</span></li>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:9pt;\"><span style=\"font-size:9pt;\">Develops and maintains positive relationships with volunteers, members or program participants, and colleagues at all levels of the organization; helps participants and families connect with each other and the YMCA; and encourages parent or caregiver involvement.</span></span></li>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:9pt;\"><span style=\"font-size:9pt;\">Conveys information on programs and schedules and as appropriate refers program participants and families to other programs</span></span><span style=\"font-size:9pt;\">&#160;</span></li>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:9pt;\"><span style=\"font-size:9pt;\">Maintains records as required (e.g., attendance, progress reports).</span></span></li>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:9pt;\"><span style=\"font-size:9pt;\">Follows all YMCA policies, rules, regulations and procedures, including emergency and safety procedures. Completes incident and accident reports as necessary.</span></span></li>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:9pt;\"><span style=\"font-size:9pt;\">Organizes and puts away needed class equipment.
