Our mission is to provide an exceptional employee experience, award-winning customer service, long-term value to our investors, and enhance our local communities.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Leasing Consultant II </strong><strong>- </strong><strong>The Henslow Apartments & Townhomes</strong><strong> (a premier class A 175-unit mid-rise community located on Daniel Island) – Charleston, SC</strong> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>We are proud to have been voted by our employees as a 2024 - 2026 USA Best Workplace in </strong><strong>USA TODAY</strong><strong> </strong><strong>and as a 2024 and 2025 Top 15 workplace in the </strong><strong>Real Estate Industry</strong><strong>!</strong> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>As a key member of our property operations team, you will be responsible for:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Touring and presenting the community in a compelling way and assisting prospective residents with finding the right apartment home</li>\n <li>Managing the leasing/renewal process from start to finish</li>\n <li>Keeping an eye on what our competitors are doing by monitoring local market trends and updating property comparables</li>\n <li>Inspecting vacant apartment homes to ensure they are ready for our new residents to move in and enjoy</li>\n <li>Planning and coordinating fun and festive resident functions throughout the year</li>\n <li>Building strong working relationships with our residents by providing outstanding customer service</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>2+ years of experience in multifamily real estate, retail sales, hotel/hospitality, or customer service</li>\n <li>Previous leasing experience is a plus but not a requirement</li>\n <li>Strong customer service orientation and presentation skills are necessary</li>\n <li>Working experience with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)</li>\n <li>Hotel or hospitality industry working as a concierge, guest services representative, front desk attendant, or reservations agent is a plus</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>What Simpson Can Offer You:</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>As an industry leader, we understand what it takes to be successful in today’s competitive marketplace.
