After completing comprehensive training, Route Sales Support Specialists provide support to franchisees, company stores, and Franchise Performance Team operations.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Route Sales Support Specialists have the full support of the Snap-on management team, and are regularly reviewed for progression opportunities within the Franchise Performance Teams. With solid performance, they are typically progressed quickly through additional roles in the field sales organization. We value your education and experience, and consider candidates from diverse backgrounds. Their responsibilities include:</p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Conduct franchisee inventories and advise demonstrate and coach best inventory management practices</li>\n <li>Conduct route surveys properly and in accordance with qualitative and quantitative criteria as set forth in the survey guidelines as established by Snap-on</li>\n <li>Service open routes including but not limited to selling, collecting receivables and servicing customers in those open routes</li>\n <li>Assist with priority service issues such as, but not limited to:\n  <ul>\n   <li>New franchisee tool-ups</li>\n   <li>Sales meeting set-up or preparation of materials</li>\n   <li>Conduct assigned segments of meetings or training</li>\n   <li>Tool and equipment show assistance</li>\n   <li>Broken tool replacements</li>\n   <li>Check-in of terminated franchisees</li>\n   <li>Tool returns</li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Individual Characteristics and Competencies:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Interest in developing and fostering ongoing relationships</li>\n <li>Excellent customer service skills</li>\n <li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li>\n <li>Interest in sales</li>\n <li>Interest in tools</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Salary Range:</strong> $40,000-55,000.
