Fosters an atmosphere conducive to character development through the encouragement of favorable behavior patterns. Facilitates prompt and appropriate assistance in the event of injury, illness, traumatic experience, and emotionalism; responsible for documenting student activity and incidences.</p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in\"><strong>Essential functions:</strong></p>\n<ol>\n <li>Patrol and monitor dormitories to ensure safety and proper behavior of students.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Assist with recreational activities for students on and off center.</li>\n <li>Direct students and assist in the cleanup and maintenance of dormitory.</li>\n <li>Promote, support, and positive customer service through the facility.</li>\n <li>Participate in student employability program and activities.&nbsp;</li>\n</ol>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in\"><strong>Education and Experience Requirements:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or equivalent required</li>\n <li>One year experience working with youth required</li>\n <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li>\n <li>Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record</li>\n <li>Computer proficiency required</li>\n</ul>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in\"><strong>Why:</strong>&nbsp;Make a positive impact in your community by doing meaningful work that results in a rewarding career.</p>\n<p>Management &amp; Training Corporation (MTC) is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
