font-weight: bold;\">What you’ll do:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt;\">Direct patient care by performing the duties of Staff Occupational Therapist.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt;\">Assure the continued development of the Occupational Therapy Program.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt;\">Assure implementation of applicable hospital and corporate policies and procedures.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt;\">Establish patient plans of care, perform updates plans of care and completion of discharge along with daily notes.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt;\">Provide supervision of a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-weight: bold;\">What you bring to the table: </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt;\">Master Degree in Occupational Therapy.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt;\">Current license, certification or registration in the State of Kansas.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt;\">Affiliation with American Occupational Therapy Associates is preferred.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt;\">Registered with the National Registration Examination of the American occupational Therapy Associates.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt;\">Registered with the Kansas State Board of Healing Arts.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt;\">Great interpersonal skills need to function in a team setting.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt;\">Organizational ability to plan and supervise activities of the Occupational Therapy staff. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt;\">Knowledge of accreditation standards and compliance requirements.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt;\">Excellent oral and written communication skills.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt;\">Proficient documentation skills.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt;\">Competency in applying principles, methods, materials and equipment used in Occupational Therapy.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt;\">Ability to assess patient needs and develop and implement a comprehensive plan of care.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p> <span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Y<span style=\"font-size: 16px;
