You will own the full material lifecycle, including receiving, putaway, production order picking, and logistics; ensuring that as production volumes increase, our processes remain robust and the team stays aligned. This role requires a leader who understands the financial impact of inventory transactions, ensuring transactional integrity and ERP data accuracy to meet both financial compliance and service level targets.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Team Building &amp; Process Leadership</strong></p><ul><li>Team Development: Recruit, onboard, and stabilize a high-performing inventory team. You will be responsible for continuous training and mentoring to ensure the team is skilled in both physical handling and ERP system accuracy.</li><li>Process-Driven Management: Establish and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent, repeatable results as volume scales.</li><li>Performance Control: Set clear performance goals and conduct regular evaluations. You will provide the leadership necessary to foster a culture of accountability, safety, and transactional discipline.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Warehouse Operations &amp; Problem Solving</strong></p><ul><li>Operational Monitoring: Provide daily oversight of warehouse functions (Receiving, Shipping, Picking).
