For more information, please visit us at www.crestview.com.</p>\n<p>Job Function:</p>\n<p>In support of the Mission, Vision and Values of SyBridge Technologies Group of Companies, the CNC Machinist (Wire EDM) is responsible for the daily operations, to include the set-ups, programming, maximizing of the machine utilization, as well as the unattended Time. In this role, the CNC Machinist (Wire EDM) reports to the Job Leader as well as the General.</p>\n<p>Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Customer Service</li>\n<li>Follow Router plan (work with Manufacturing Engineer on any changes)</li>\n<li>Use tools and machinery provided; program, setup and operate the Wire machines using MasterCAM software.</li>\n<li>Maximizing Machine Utilization and Unattended Time</li>\n<li>Inspection paperwork filled out. Verify dimensions of machined parts using precision measuring instruments/probe to ensure first time quality.</li>\n<li>Record and report all errors and out of tolerance deviations to Manufacturing Engineer / Job Leader</li>\n<li>Maintenance of Schedule</li>\n<li>Monitor tool inventory</li>\n<li>Training and Motivation</li>\n<li>General Maintenance</li>\n<li>Cleanliness of Area</li>\n<li>Assist Manufacturing Engineer/ Job Leader in planning out routers when needed.</li>\n<li>Travel when required by Sybridge</li>\n<li>Mandatory overtime when and if required by Sybridge</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Education &amp; Experience:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Certification or College Degree, or High School diploma and Equivalent Experience in Mold Manufacturing environment<br></li>\n<li>Ability to perform under pressure and work independently</li>\n<li>Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines as required</li>\n<li>Ability to ensure quality standards are met</li>\n<li>Strong attention to detail is required</li>\n<li>Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication and relationship building skills</li>\n<li>Proficient in time management and communication skills</li>\n</ul>\n<p> What We Offer:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package</li>\n<li>Sign on bonus: $5000 after 1 year of employment</li>\n<li>Professional development opportunities to enhance your skills</li>\n<li>Our commitment to your personal and professional growth</li>\n<li>Membership &amp; Professional Fee Program</li>\n<li>Education reimbursement to support your ongoing learning</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Physical Demands &amp; Working Conditions</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Requires walking, and on your feet for most of the day.
