Key responsibilities include overseeing employee relations, compliance, talent strategy, onboarding, leadership coaching, and overall HR operations aligned with business goals. </p><p><strong>Location: </strong>Lakewood, NJ  <br><strong>Job Type:</strong> Full Time <br><strong>Schedule:</strong> Onsite – Travel involved <br><strong>Salary: </strong>$175,000 - $200,000 </p><p><u><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></u></p><ul><li>Lead all HR functions including employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, compliance, compensation, benefits, and organizational development  </li><li>Partner with executive leadership to align HR strategy with business goals  </li><li>Drive culture initiatives that strengthen accountability, collaboration, and engagement  </li><li>Advise leadership on workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational structure  </li><li>Develop and implement scalable HR policies and best practices  </li><li>Oversee leadership coaching, employee development, and performance improvement programs  </li><li>Manage complex employee relations matters with discretion and sound judgment  </li><li>Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws  </li><li>Analyze HR metrics to support data-driven decisions  </li><li>Support multi-site operations and travel as needed </li></ul><p><u><strong>Qualifications: </strong></u></p><ul><li>7+ years Human Resources leadership experience in a Director-level or similar role  </li><li>Proven ability to lead with confidence, diplomacy, and exec-level communication skills  </li><li>Strong strategic mindset with the ability to execute in a fast-paced environment  </li><li>Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building abilities  </li><li>Experience influencing senior leadership and driving organizational change  </li><li>Deep understanding of employment law, compliance, and HR best practices  </li></ul><p><strong>Compensation </strong><br>The published salary range is used as a guide to provide prospective candidates with a level of compensation that is competitive with today’s market.
