    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><p data-pasted=\"true\">The Jeweler is responsible for performing basic sizing, soldering &amp; prong settings in various precious metals. The Jeweler will also be responsible for servicing guests&rsquo; needs with respect to POMP/JSP, cleanings and Lifetime Warranty Check-ups in an immediate, positive and caring manner. He/she will be responsible for conducting opening/closing/scheduled maintenance for the jeweler&rsquo;s room and shop equipment while progressively advancing jewelry repair &amp; manufacturing techniques. The Jeweler is responsible to continue learning and acquiring new techniques to improve he/she skills and learn the custom making process.</p><p>The Jeweler works closely with the Master Jeweler and the General Manager to achieve store objectives and is responsible for supporting, modeling, and ensuring the adherence to company values</p><p><strong>JEWELRY REPAIR</strong></p><ul><li>Performs basic sizing, soldering &amp; prong settings in various precious metals.&nbsp;</li><li>Complete repairs in a timely manner while maintaining Robbins Brothers Quality standards.</li><li>Consistently provides innovative solutions, withing RB parameters, for repairs/custom pieces to maintain the items integrity while driving repair revenue.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>GUEST SERVICE&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Services guest&rsquo;s needs with respect to POMP/JSP, Cleanings and Warranty Check-ups in an immediate, positive, and caring manner.</li><li>Assists store staff with basic guest inquiries.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;<strong>SECURITY/SAFETY</strong></p><ul><li>Maintains constant awareness of security issues involved in operating a store and jewelry shop.</li><li>Follows guidelines and procedures for handling merchandise.</li><li>Follows procedures for opening and closing the store.</li><li>Enforces safety protocols in shop with all tools, equipment and chemicals.</li><li>Must know how to safely handle hazardous chemicals; include assisting with hazardous waste spills and clean up.</li></ul><p><strong>SHOP MAINTENANCE&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Responsible for conducting opening/closing/scheduled maintenance for shop equipment.</li><li>Assists Master Jeweler in maintaining a clean, aesthetically pleasing shop environment.</li><li>Maintains supply needs for in-store repairs; casting grain, solders, rhodium, Airgas, tools, Etc. in partnership with the Master Jeweler or General Manager.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>EDUCATION&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Responsible for completing assigned training.</li><li>Responsible for becoming proficient in progressively advancing jewelry repair &amp; manufacturing techniques.</li></ul><p><strong>VALUE PROMOTION&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Understands and nurtures the RBJI Home Office Culture.</li><li>Exemplifies Company Values.</li><li>Enforces policy of accountability toward those that do not adhere to the company values.</li><li>Clear communication with other employees</li></ul><p>Reports To: General Manager</p><p>Direct Reports: N/A</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
