    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p><strong><u>Position Summary</u></strong></p>\n<p>In this role, you will be responsible for the delivery of food and services to our residents and guests in a timely manner while providing safe, friendly, and hospitable service. The Dietary Aide is also responsible for maintaining sanitation standards throughout the department.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><u>Essential Functions, Key Duties, & Responsibilities</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide exceptional, accurate, and efficient service in all dining service venues within the community. </li>\n <li>Deliver and serve meals to residents as needed. </li>\n <li>Ensure dining rooms, trays, and food carts are set up for meal service.</li>\n <li>Assist with meal preparation. </li>\n <li>Serve meals that are palatable and appetizing in appearance. </li>\n <li>Ensure food is served in accordance with the company portion control procedure. </li>\n <li>Answer pertinent question about menus offerings. </li>\n <li>Maintain knowledge of diets provided and ensure proper delivery of those diets in compliance with company policy and procedure.</li>\n <li>Stock and clean kitchenettes and maintain cleanliness of carts and dining room areas. </li>\n <li>Assist in scheduled daily cleaning duties. </li>\n <li>Maintain a safe and sanitary working environment. </li>\n <li>Assist with dishwashing and restocking of clean dishes as needed.</li>\n <li>Record information on appropriate temperature logs including but not limited to; food cooking temperatures, hot/cold holding temperatures, and equipment temperature logs.</li>\n <li>Attend all required department/community meetings, in services, or trainings.</li>\n <li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li>\n <li>Comply with all policies and procedures and any updates.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>Position Requirements</u></strong></p>\n<p><strong>Education</strong>: High School Diploma/GED</p>\n<p><strong>Licenses/Certifications: </strong>ServSafe certification if required</p>\n<p><strong>Experience</strong>: None required; 1+ years of dining services experience preferred</p>\n<p><strong>Skills</strong> <strong>& Abilities: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Exceptional customer service skills</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Min</h2>USD $16.00/Hr.\n<h2>Max</h2>USD $18.00/Hr.",
