The successful candidate will join a team dedicated to the development and maintenance of a world-class network environment, delivering end-to-end managed IT services to public and private enterprises.   </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Your focus includes, but not limited to:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Ensure the availability, scalability, performance, and security of company’s multi-tenant network infrastructure.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Provide expertise in implementing new customer networking components such as VPNs, Firewall rules, MPLS, etc.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Maintain reliable and effective network solutions supporting the company’s strategic vision, customer environments, and wider best practices.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Ensure that all solutions are clearly documented and staff are appropriately trained in their use.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Participate in the ITSM and ISMS governance processes established by the company.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Explore opportunities to provide additional value to the company and its customers.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Provide 24/7 escalation support to the Service Desk as required.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">What you bring:</span></span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">2-3+ years of Network Administrator experience in either an Enterprise or Service Provider environment</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Hands on experience with the following platforms:</span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Next Generation Firewalls: Fortigate, Juniper, or Cisco</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">SDN: NSX-T</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Load Balancing: F5, NGINX, NSX Advanced</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Core Switching: Cisco Nexus</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">WAN: Juniper MX</span></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Strong business analysis skills and experience, including development of business cases, requirements capture, process modeling, end user training and documentation</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Superior troubleshooting, communication, and team skills</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Eligible for federal government “reliability” status</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">A degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">About you: </span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">You are passionate about the customer and employee experience.
