Requirements Bachelors in Life Sciences, Business, or related field; advanced degree helpful 10+ years of business development experience in a CRO, with a track record of winning complex, multi-million Euro deals and expertise handling long sales cycles Strong knowledge of late phase Clinical trials and European regulatory requirements Established network of senior-level contacts in pharma, biotech, and emerging biopharma Excellent leadership, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills Fluent in English; additional European languages a plus Willingness to travel extensively (up to 50%) Why QPS?
