This is a hands-on field position that supports daily jobsite operations and ensures work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to EverSeal Roofing quality standards.</p>\n<p>Crew Members work as part of a team under the direction of a Working Project Manager or Foreman and play a key role in delivering high-quality roofing solutions to customers.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Field Work and Installation</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist with installation of roofing sealant and coating systems</li>\n<li>Prepare roof surfaces by cleaning, drying, and setting up materials</li>\n<li>Apply coatings and sealants according to company and manufacturer standards</li>\n<li>Handle tools, equipment, and materials safely and correctly</li>\n<li>Perform basic repairs and maintenance as directed</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Jobsite Support </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Load and unload materials and equipment</li>\n<li>Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites</li>\n<li>Follow daily work plans and instructions from supervisors</li>\n<li>Assist with setup and breakdown of job sites</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Safety and Quality </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Follow all company and OSHA safety policies</li>\n<li>Wear required personal protective equipment at all times</li>\n<li>Report hazards or unsafe conditions immediately</li>\n<li>Perform work with attention to detail and quality</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Teamwork and Communication </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work cooperatively with crew members and supervisors</li>\n<li>Maintain a positive attitude and strong work ethic</li>\n<li>Communicate jobsite issues or concerns to leadership</li>\n<li>Represent EverSeal Roofing professionally on every jobsite</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications and Experience </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Construction, roofing, or trade experience preferred but not required</li>\n<li>Willingness to learn roofing sealant systems and jobsite procedures</li>\n<li>Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team</li>\n<li>Strong attendance and reliability</li>\n<li>Valid driver’s license preferred</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Physical and Work Requirements </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Willingness and ability to travel up to 60 miles to assigned job sites; travel time to/from the job site is considered normal commuting.</li>\n<li>Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions</li>\n<li>Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly</li>\n<li>Ability to climb ladders and work on roofs safely</li>\n<li>Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and perform physical labor throughout the workday</li>\n<li>Comfortable working at heights</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Performance Expectations </span></p>\n<p>The Roofing Crew Member is expected to:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Show up on time and ready to work each day</li>\n<li>Follow safety and quality standards consistently</li>\n<li>Work efficiently and contribute to team productivity</li>\n<li>Take direction from supervisors and ask questions when unsure</li>\n<li>Help maintain positive crew morale and teamwork</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Compensation and Benefits </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Competitive hourly pay based on experience</li>\n<li>Overtime opportunities as workload requires</li>\n<li>Medical, dental, and vision insurance</li>\n<li>401(k) with company match</li>\n<li>Paid time off and paid holidays</li>\n<li>Opportunities for advancement within EverSeal Roofing</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Disclaimer </span></p>\n<p>This job description is not intended to be an exhaustive list of duties, responsibilities, or qualifications.
