This role is embedded in the day-to-day rhythm of both organizations &mdash; participating in engineering development activities while simultaneously supporting the production floor in executing builds, maintaining high quality standards, and meeting customer delivery timelines.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">This is a hands-on, high-visibility role that requires multi-disciplinary technical expertise and strong interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable reviewing a design schematic with an engineer and walking a production line with an assembler.
