          "text": "<p>Ensure the efficient and timely maintenance and repair of injection molding tools and equipment to minimize production downtime and maximize the lifespan and performance of the tools. This includes planning, coordinating, and overseeing all maintenance activities, ensuring proper allocation of resources, and maintaining a smooth workflow between the tool shop and the production floor.</p><ul><li>Create detailed maintenance schedules for tooling, including preventive and corrective maintenance, to ensure tools are always production ready.<ul><li>Excel experience is a must. Build or add existing spreadsheets.</li></ul></li><li>Independently carry out order planning for tool maintenance in the system provided for this purpose (e.g. MES)</li><li>Independent coordination and prioritization of scheduling with internal and external tool shops.<ul><li>Hold tool shops accountable for timeline through email communication and escalation to managers when necessary.&#xa0;</li></ul></li><li>Work closely with production teams to minimize disruptions, ensuring that tools are serviced during downtime or according to production needs.</li><li>Allocate labor, equipment, and materials effectively to meet maintenance timelines.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, tool performance, and any repairs or adjustments made.<ul><li>Reporting information from scheduling. Charts for PMs to include, on time, past due, and overall with trending data.</li></ul></li><li>Independently preparing internal information and passing it on to the relevant departments (e.g. managers, requisitioners, etc.)</li><li>Compliance with safety and environmental regulations, accident prevention regulations and quality regulations in accordance with the quality manual</li></ul><p>&#xa0;</p>",
