    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>Problem Resolution Specimen Technician - West Hills, CA, Tuesday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Pay range: $25.40 - $29.15 / hour</strong></p>\n<p>Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained.
