As an Assistant Project Manager, you will work with various Project Management team members from different projects to manage the overall performance for commercial construction projects and have direct client relations responsibility. Responsibilities Lead and champion all aspects of Kiewit’s safety culture with an unwavering commitment to Nobody Gets Hurt. Assist and support Executive Leadership in the development and execution of organizational strategy and key business initiatives. Provide senior leadership and oversight for multiple construction teams throughout preconstruction and construction phases. Develop and execute strategic plans for new business opportunities while fostering and expanding client relationships. Serve as the primary client relationship manager, building and sustaining long-term partnerships to generate new and repeat business. Collaborate closely during preconstruction, estimating, and proposal development for both new and existing opportunities. Lead contract negotiations and provide solutions-driven contract development support. Actively engage in the community and industry as an influential leader through professional organizations and memberships. Maintain senior management accountability for overall project performance, including financial results, schedules, and client satisfaction. Ensure projects are appropriately staffed and support employee development, recruiting, and retention strategies. #LI-LH1
