          "text": "<p><strong>This is a fully-remote, TEMPORARY role, lasting 3 months with potentially to extend.&#xa0;</strong></p><p><strong><u>Responsibilities include but are not limited to:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Support the day-to-day Payroll functions for a highly complex, fast growing veterinary services organization of 4000+ employees over 220 veterinary practices across 125 FEINs in ADP Workforce Now, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing and internal controls.</li><li>Partner with HR, Accounting, Operations, and other cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of payroll processes.</li><li>Resolve complex payroll issues and discrepancies, ensuring prompt and accurate resolution within 48 business hours.</li><li>Stay up to date with U.S. payroll regulations, payroll tax laws, and compliance requirements, ensuring adherence to all applicable laws and regulations and timely payroll tax setup and filings.</li><li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with external payroll and tax vendors and ensure the smooth operation of all payroll systems (currently ADP Workforce Now) and external legal counsel.</li><li>Participate in&#xa0;the analysis and implementation of new payroll systems and procedures to streamline processes and improve team efficiencies.</li><li>Ability to anticipate problems and provide solutions or develop contingencies.</li></ul>",
