Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Pay</strong>:</p><ul><li>This position may be eligible for up to a $10,000 sign-on bonus&nbsp;</li><li>Additional components of compensation may include:&nbsp;<ul><li>Evening and night shift differential</li><li>Weekend differential</li></ul></li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong><u>Be part of something remarkable</u></strong></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Join the #1 hospital in Wisconsin!</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>We are seeking a <strong>Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) – Clinical Labs</strong> to:</p><ul><li>Perform moderately complex diagnostic tests and limited high complexity testing.</li><li>Perform preventative maintenance on select lab equipment or instruments.&nbsp;</li><li>Perform troubleshooting on select laboratory equipment or instruments as a scientist.&nbsp;</li><li>Promote culture of safety for patients through proper identification, proper reporting, documentation and prevention of medical errors in a non-punitive environment.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>At UW Health, you will have:</p><ul><li>An excellent benefits package, including health and dental insurance, paid time off, retirement plans, two-week paid parental leave and adoption assistance.
