Reviews recommended changes from fleet and other activities, ECPs, Site Activation Schedules, WSPDs, Navy Training Plans, Production Training and Support Equipment schedules and independent technical investigations. Provide support and participate in the preparation, coordination, operation, and post evaluation of IPSMT reviews, Readiness Improvement Program Reviews, IPT, Maintenance Engineering or Logistics reviews and other technical and logistics meetings. Manages the efforts of junior logistics personnel. Prepare lessons learned for process improvement for new acquisition programs. Perform various tasks related to the development of detailed business processes such as LRFS, PBL Strategies, Issue Sheets, Logistics Engineering Change Proposal, Critical Item Logistics Review, Degraders, Cost Per Flight Hour management, and PSM implementation.
