You will play a key role in delivering compassionate care, promoting preventive health measures, and positively impacting the community's overall wellness.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Hours:</strong> Full-time</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Comprehensive Medical Care: Provide comprehensive medical care, including treatment, therapy, medication, vaccinations, and specialized medical care to prevent, diagnose, and treat illness, disease, or injury.</li>\n <li>Diagnostic Expertise: Order, perform, and interpret tests, and analyze medical records, reports, and examination data to accurately diagnose patients' conditions.</li>\n <li>Patient Information Management: Collect, maintain, and securely manage patient information, including medical histories, examination results, and reports.</li>\n <li>Patient Monitoring: Regularly monitor and evaluate patients' conditions, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans as needed.</li>\n <li>Effective Patient Communication: Clearly explain medical procedures and discuss test results and treatment plans with patients to ensure their understanding and collaboration in their care.</li>\n <li>Health Promotion: Offer guidance to patients and the community on diet, physical activity, hygiene, and disease prevention to enhance overall well-being.</li>\n <li>Collaboration and Referrals: Collaborate with medical specialists and other healthcare practitioners when patients require specialized care or services beyond primary care.</li>\n <li>Interdisciplinary Coordination: Coordinate healthcare activities with nurses, social workers, rehabilitation therapists, pharmacists, psychologists, and other medical professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Possess board certification in Family Medicine.</li>\n <li>Hold a valid and unrestricted medical license in the state of New Jersey.</li>\n <li>Minimum 2 years’ experience in family medicine or primary care preferred.</li>\n <li>Demonstrated ability to manage a diverse panel of patients and support quality improvement initiatives.</li>\n <li>Strong EMR skills (Athena experience preferred) and ability to use data to drive outcomes.</li>\n <li>Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Core Competencies:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Patient-Centered Care & Health Promotion</li>\n <li>Clinical Excellence & Thoroughness</li>\n <li>Data-Driven Quality Improvement</li>\n <li>Medical Teamwork & Collaboration</li>\n <li>Patient Education & Motivational Counseling</li>\n <li>Infection Control & Safety Practices</li>\n <li>Administering Medications & Minor Procedures</li>\n <li>Continuous Self-Development & Professional Growth</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be able to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.</li>\n <li>May require light lifting (up to 20 lbs.) for supplies or office materials.</li>\n <li>Must have visual and auditory acuity to operate computer systems and phones.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Compensation and Benefits:</strong></p>\n<p>The anticipated annual compensation for this position ranges from $210,000-$280,000, depending on the role and experience level.
