If you are interested in serving others and being an instrumental part of a high performing team, we invite you to join us in our mission and apply today! </em></p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>CLINIC OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT:</strong> </li>\n <li>Leads and manages all aspects of patient flow and clinic operations. </li>\n <li>Executes on BrightView’s operations playbook for the clinic. </li>\n <li>Plans, leads, and delivers regular team meetings. </li>\n <li><strong>PATIENT EXPERIENCE AND CARE DELIVERY:</strong> </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Responsible for ensuring a consistent and high-quality patient experience within the clinic setting. </li>\n <li>Identifies and facilitates resolution of issues and conflicts within the center. </li>\n <li>Ensures clinic staff compliance with established policies, procedures, workflows, and training. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT AND DEVELOPMENT:</strong> </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Effectively manages all site-level personnel across multiple professional disciplines. </li>\n <li>Cultivates staff development and sets clear expectations for performance. </li>\n <li>Establishes staff performance improvement plans and redirection/retraining efforts. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>COLLABORATION AND PARTNERSHIPS:</strong> </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Develops community partnerships in collaboration with BrightView’s Outreach teams. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Ensures proper collaboration with the Quality department partner. </li>\n <li>Fulfills Program Administrator Role as outlined by State Administrative Code as needed. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>COMPLIANCE AND TRAININGS</strong> </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Follows and enforces all federal, state, and local healthcare requirements. </li>\n <li>Responsible for new staff onboarding and training. </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>KNOWLEDGE SKILLS, AND ABILITIES</strong> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Demonstrated management and leadership capabilities, ability to build a team-centric environment with colleagues. </li>\n <li>Able to cultivate collaboration amongst staff in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment. </li>\n <li>Competent at working with a diverse population of colleagues and patients. </li>\n <li>Natural problem solver, looks for solutions to best meet patient and teammate needs with a sense of urgency. </li>\n <li>Consistently demonstrates professionalism and gracefully manages conflict, setting an example for staff. </li>\n <li>Adaptable and agile within a dynamic work environment. </li>\n <li>Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills. </li>\n <li>Highly empathetic and compassionate to effectively support the recovery journey of BrightView’s patients. </li>\n <li>Embraces BrightView’s culture of compliance - operates with a high degree of integrity and compliance to work standards and regulatory requirements. </li>\n <li>Prior experience with harm reduction a plus. </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>EXPERIENCE</strong> </li>\n <li>2+ years of experience in a human service-related field, preferably in a drug and alcohol setting; or </li>\n <li>2+ years’ experience in a clinic-based position within BrightView with leadership/ management responsibilities. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>EDUCATION:</strong> </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree preferred </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>BRIGHTVIEW HEALTH BENEFITS AND PERKS:</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>PTO (Paid Time Off) </li>\n <li>Immediately vested and eligible in 401k program with employer match.  </li>\n <li>Company sponsored ongoing training and certification opportunities. </li>\n <li>Full comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, short term disability, long term disability and accident insurance. </li>\n <li>Tuition Reimbursement after 1 year in related field  </li>\n</ul>\n<p>We offer competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and a supportive work environment dedicated to your professional growth and development. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>Ready to shape our future by bringing in top talent?
