We are currently seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our talented team and contribute to our ongoing success. The Mechanical Engineer will work under the direction of the Director of Engineering to specify, design, test, and document design solutions. Additional responsibilities include management of projects and mentoring junior engineers.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Education &amp; Qualifications:</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in mechanical engineering or related field</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">5+ years&rsquo; experience in specified role</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Experience with design project management preferred</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Experience with 3D solid modeling software, Autodesk Inventor preferred</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Experience with 3D printers for design validation and production assembly and test assets preferred</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Experience with production fixtures and automation a plus</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Must be US person as defined under applicable export control regulations.&nbsp;</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Responsibilities &amp; Duties:</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Lead the design, prototyping, and testing of mechanical devices, components, or entire systems</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Assist in setting project timelines, estimating budgets, and ensuring deliverables meet technical specifications</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Collaborate with other departments during the product specification, design and production launch activities</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Initiate and process Engineering Change Requests</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Act as the technical point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and external suppliers</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Preferred Skills:</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Strong team player with positive demeanor; comfortable working with multiple functional areas</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Detail oriented with strong organizational and follow through skills</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Problem solving skills with the ability to apply proven solutions</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Flexibility to adapt to changing requirements and requests in a fast-moving industry</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Quick to speak up and communicate when issues are discovered</li></ul></div>\n",
