    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Salary Range:</strong> $77,920-$123,807</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The business systems analyst plays a critical role in being the link between cross-functional teams (which often include business stakeholders, IT staff,  project managers, developers, solution architects, and user experience designers) to troubleshoot problems and jointly develop a solution. Identifing and documenting functional requirement. Conducts workflow, process diagrams and gap analysis.  Evaluates existing application products and develops recommendations.  Writes specifications for interface programs.  Coordinates installation.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>To excel in this position, you should be an experienced professional with in-depth knowledge of business processes and business system analysis techniques. The ideal candidate will also be dedicated and demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Identify and communicate with key stakeholders.</li>\n <li>Gather, review and analyze business and industry data, including KPIs, financial reports and other key metrics.</li>\n <li>Liaise between various business departments and groups.</li>\n <li>Assess options for process improvement, including business process modeling.</li>\n <li>Maintain documentation regarding various projects, processes and operations.</li>\n <li>Conducts technical workflow, process diagrams and gap analysis.</li>\n <li>Evaluates existing application products that could address client requirements and develop recommendations where appropriate.</li>\n <li>Evaluates alternative operational efficiencies.</li>\n <li>Documents and refines system modifications.</li>\n <li>Coordinates installation and first-use of new applications.</li>\n <li>Resolves issues related to an application (new or current) involving, as required, team members, vendors, clients, etc. and escalates as needed.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams.</li>\n <li>Ability to work efficiently unsupervised. </li>\n <li>High degree of creativity. </li>\n</ul>\n<p><u> </u></p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Supply Chain, Logistics Management and/or equivalent work experience.</li>\n <li>5+ years of BSA or equiviaant experience.</li>\n <li>Ability to effectively communicate and influence key stakeholders to support proposed.</li>\n <li>Strategies, process improvements and operational decisions.</li>\n <li>Resourcefulness and ability to devise creative solutions to problems.</li>\n <li>Experience testing and mapping various business processes and protocols.</li>\n <li>Familiarity with industry technology systems to gather data and problem solve.</li>\n <li>Excellent communication and leadership skills.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><u>Essential Job Functions</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Maintain regular and punctual attendance.</li>\n <li>Work cooperatively with others.</li>\n <li>Interact with employees and customers in an appropriate manner.</li>\n <li>Use a computer for tasks such as communicating via email and preparing reports and work schedule.</li>\n <li>Review and analyze data and information .</li>\n <li>Plan, prioritize and monitor</li>\n <li>Complete assigned tasks/projects in a timely manner.</li>\n <li>Comply with all Company policies and procedures</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>The above statements are intended to describe the general nature of work being performed.
