This role is designed for someone who combines strong legal judgement with a pragmatic, business-oriented mindset and enjoys working close to management, product and commercial teams in an international technology environment. The successful individual will take ownership of a broad range of legal matters across commercial, corporate, privacy and operational topics while helping establish scalable legal structures and processes that support the company&rsquo;s continued growth.</p><p><br></p></td></tr><tr><td colspan=\"2\" style=\"width: 100%;\"><p><strong>Role Responsibilities:</strong></p></td></tr><tr><td colspan=\"2\" style=\"width: 100%;\"><p><strong>Build the Legal Function</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Establish the company&rsquo;s first in-house legal function</li><li>Implement legal processes and standards</li><li>Set up Legal both operationally and strategically&nbsp;</li><li>Build a modern, efficient and business-oriented legal function from the ground up</li></ul><p><strong>Commercial &amp; Product Legal</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Draft, review and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements, including SaaS agreements, MSAs, DPAs, vendor agreements, partnership agreements, procurement contracts and licensing matters</li><li>Support Sales, Customer Success and Procurement teams in customer and supplier negotiations</li><li>Advise internal stakeholders on legal and commercial risks in a pragmatic and solution-oriented manner</li><li>Support product and engineering teams on legal questions related to SaaS products, AI features, data usage and platform functionality</li></ul><p><strong>Privacy &amp;
