Assist in performing routine maintenance on HVAC and refrigeration systems, including filters, belts, motors and coils.<br>\n 2. Support installation of new HVAC equipment and ductwork following specifications and building codes.<br>\n 3. Conduct basic inspections and report unusual conditions or system malfunctions to shop supervisor.&nbsp;<br>\n 4. Help troubleshoot HVAC equipment with guidance, including thermostats, air handlers, and split systems.&nbsp;<br>\n 5. Maintain daily logs, documentation, and service records for work performed.&nbsp;<br>\n 6. Assist in responding to routine temperature complaints and requested from building occupants.&nbsp;<br>\n 7. Monitor HVAC systems and report alarms or irregularities to shop supervisor.&nbsp;<br>\n 8. Interpret blueprints, technical drawings and job specifications for HVAC work.&nbsp;<br>\n 9. Collaborate with Facilities Engineering's other trades (plumbing, electrical, etc.) to support integrated projects.&nbsp;<br>\n 10. Ensure all work complies with infection prevention protocols, Joint Commission standards, and fir/life safety regulations.&nbsp;<br>\n 11. Other related duties as assigned.</p>",
