In this role, you will collaborate with Technical and Solutions Architects, Developers, and stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable solutions, ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction.</p>\n<h2>Contributions</h2>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities include:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Serve as the <strong>Product Owner</strong>, ensuring the successful completion of team deliverables, maintaining quality oversight, and securing client acceptance.</li>\n <li>Navigate challenging client situations, providing <strong>technical and business guidance</strong> to client executives.</li>\n <li>Lead product and training rollouts for new users, enhancing application adoption and knowledge.</li>\n <li>Develop and deploy tools to <strong>streamline processes, improve efficiencies, and enhance key metrics</strong>.</li>\n <li>Facilitate <strong>discovery workshops</strong> to understand business needs, prioritize work, and guide solution development.</li>\n <li>Conduct trade-off analysis to anticipate client needs and <strong>recommend optimal solutions</strong>.</li>\n <li>Act as the <strong>primary liaison</strong> between government sponsors, business owners, and delivery teams.</li>\n <li>Monitor progress against the <strong>product roadmap</strong> to ensure project and program success.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<strong>Required:</strong>\n<ul>\n <li>Eligible to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.</li>\n <li><strong>Bachelor’s degree</strong> in Information Technology, Business Administration or a related field.</li>\n <li><strong>4+ years of experience</strong> working in an Agile environment.</li>\n <li>Experience collaborating with business and product owners to translate needs into actionable plans.</li>\n <li>Strong ability to document requirements in the form of <strong>roadmaps, release plans, epics, features, and user stories</strong>.</li>\n <li>Proficiency in Agile Lifecycle Management (ALM) tools; <strong>Jira preferred</strong>.</li>\n <li>Proven ability to <strong>build strong customer relationships</strong> and lead enterprise software deployments.</li>\n <li>Excellent <strong>communication, presentation, and facilitation</strong> skills.</li>\n <li>Strong <strong>interpersonal, analytical, and organizational</strong> abilities.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<strong>Preferred:</strong>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience with <strong>software development lifecycle methodologies</strong>.</li>\n <li>Understanding of <strong>DevSecOps</strong> concepts and practical implementation experience.</li>\n <li>Experience working with <strong>design systems and automated testing tools</strong>.</li>\n <li>Passion for building and fostering <strong>high-performing teams </strong>and<strong> driving the government mission forward</strong>.</li>\n</ul>If you're looking to make an impact in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment, apply today!\n<h2>About <strong>steampunk</strong></h2>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Steampunk is a <strong>Change Agent</strong> in the Federal contracting industry, bringing new thinking to clients in the Homeland, Federal Civilian, Health and DoD sectors.
