If this sounds like you, <strong>apply today-we'd love to meet you!</strong></p>\n<p><strong>______________________________________________________________________________________</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>📆 Schedule: </strong>Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm (arrive 7:45am)</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>💵 Compensation: </strong>$20-$24/hr, plus monthly bonus opportunities based on performance</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>✅Benefits: </strong>We offer a robust benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, PTO, paid holidays, 401k matching, short-term disability, long-term disability, life insurance, and EAP.</p>\n<p><strong>______________________________________________________________________________________</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Genuinely welcome patients into the practice</li>\n <li>Assist the dentist chairside with 4 handed dentistry</li>\n <li>A thorough review and update of the patient's health history</li>\n <li>Prepare patients for treatment, ensuring the highest level of care and comfort are achieved</li>\n <li>Sterilization of instruments according to OSHA regulations</li>\n <li>Select and set up instruments, equipment, and supplies as needed for each operatory </li>\n <li>Provide post-operative care instructions</li>\n <li>Assist with ordering and stocking supplies</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>______________________________________________________________________________________</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Active Registered Dental Assistant license (RDA)</strong> in the state of TX </li>\n <li><strong>2+ years </strong>of experience as a <strong>Registered Dental Assistant (RDA)</strong> in general dentistry</li>\n <li><strong>Active CPR certification or willing to obtain</strong></li>\n <li>Bilingual in Spanish is a plus!</li>\n</ul>\n<p><em><strong>Accepting applications until June 30, 2026 or we find the right candidate</strong></em></p>\n<h2>Pay Range</h2>USD $20.00 - USD $24.00 /Hr.",
