We are deeply committed to mentoring and developing our attorneys while providing the support and infrastructure needed to thrive professionally.</p>\n<h2>Practice Exposure</h2>\n<p>Our Delaware office handles a broad range of sophisticated business and civil litigation matters, including:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Directors & Officers (D&O) liability</li>\n <li>Insurance coverage litigation</li>\n <li>Employment law disputes</li>\n <li>Professional malpractice defense</li>\n <li>Civil rights litigation</li>\n <li>Real estate disputes</li>\n <li>Commercial and contract litigation</li>\n <li>Complex business disputes</li>\n</ul>\n<p>This role is ideal for an attorney who enjoys variety, wants significant courtroom and litigation exposure, and is eager to work on challenging, high-value matters across multiple practice areas.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Assist with all phases of complex civil litigation from inception through resolution</li>\n <li>Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery responses</li>\n <li>Conduct legal research and prepare persuasive written advocacy</li>\n <li>Manage and coordinate discovery, including e-discovery</li>\n <li>Participate in depositions, court appearances, mediations, and hearings</li>\n <li>Work collaboratively with partners and clients on litigation strategy</li>\n <li>Handle sensitive and high-exposure matters with professionalism and attention to detail</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>J.D. degree with strong academic credentials</li>\n <li>Minimum of 3 years of primarily defense civil litigation experience</li>\n <li>Admission to the Delaware Bar required</li>\n <li>Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills</li>\n <li>Experience handling discovery and e-discovery processes</li>\n <li>Comfortable with courtroom appearances and witness depositions</li>\n <li>Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment</li>\n <li>Strong work ethic and commitment to delivering excellent client service</li>\n <li>Writing sample required</li>\n <li>Law school transcripts required for candidates who graduated within the last five years</li>\n</ul>\n<h3>Preferred Qualifications</h3>\n<ul>\n <li>Admission to the Maryland and/or Washington D.C.
