This is a <strong>hands-on leadership role</strong> where you&rsquo;ll mentor installers and technicians, uphold high-quality standards, and deliver outstanding customer experiences every day.</p><p><strong><em>&nbsp;</em><br>&nbsp;Key Responsibilities</strong>:</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>As a working team leader reporting to the Service Manager, you will:</li><li>Lead, train, and coach HVAC technicians on installation and service best practices</li><li>Perform repairs, maintenance, and installation on a wide range of equipment, including:<ul><li>Air conditioning systems &amp; heat pumps</li><li>Furnaces, boilers, and burners</li><li>Refrigeration systems &amp; hermetic compressors</li><li>Fans, economizers, and humidifiers</li></ul></li><li>Pre-measure jobs and ensure proper materials are prepared</li><li>Maintain service vehicles and manage truck stock inventory</li><li>Ensure all work meets manufacturer specifications and code requirements</li><li>Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate when needed</li><li>Communicate job progress and delays with dispatch and management</li><li>Complete required paperwork accurately and on time</li><li><p>Participate in after-hours service calls and support team operations<br><br></p></li></ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong>:</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>3 to 5 years of hands-on HVAC service/installation experience in residential environments.
