    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>Wells Enterprises is searching for a Retail Sales Associate&nbsp;in our Fayetteville territory.&nbsp;&nbsp;The Retail Sales Associate is responsible for servicing and selling to retail accounts within an assigned territory to develop strong customer relationships and drive sales. This position includes a company car and full benefits.</p>\n<p>Primary Responsibilities Include:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Serves as brand ambassador and face of Wells to customers and consumers. Provides best in class customer service,&nbsp;shares expertise on Wells brands and products, resolves all issues and concerns, and maintains strong relationship with store personnel.</li>\n <li>Maintains full distribution on existing SKUs and ensures placement of new items on shelf based on approved planogram. Completes daily merchandising tasks such as filling out of stocks, making on-hand adjustments as necessary, facing product, tagging, rotating, building displays, placing POS materials, and providing reset support.</li>\n <li>Proactively makes incremental sales by securing displays and pre-selling items for upcoming promotions.</li>\n <li>Effectively manages time and priorities for store calls within territory. Ensures store calls are completed based on assigned store call frequency.</li>\n <li>Completes accurate and timely database entries, reporting, recaps, expense reports, store audit information, and other ad hoc requests.</li>\n</ul>",
