If you enjoy empowering people, improving</p>\n<p>processes, and helping others adopt tools that make them more effective — you’ll thrive here.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What’s In It For You</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Competitive base salary + profit sharing</li>\n<li>Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance</li>\n<li>401(k) plan with company matching</li>\n<li>Paid Time Off + company holidays</li>\n<li>Long-Term Disability coverage<br></li>\n<li>Employee Referral Bonus program</li>\n<li>Ongoing Training &amp; Development opportunities</li>\n<li>A team that genuinely invests in your growth — not just your output</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You’ll Be Doing</span></span></p>\n<p>You’ll be a key partner to Operational Excellence, Project Teams, and Field Leadership, ensuring our employees have the training, tools, and support they need to excel.</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinate, schedule, and deliver hands-on and virtual training on key construction software and management tools (Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Suite, document management platforms, mobile apps, etc.).</li>\n<li>Develop and update training materials, quick guides, video tutorials, and e-learning modules supporting operational workflows and OpEx initiatives.</li>\n<li>Assist in managing the HB Mentor Program and the Employee Recognition &amp; Incentive Program.</li>\n<li>Facilitate workshops, small-group sessions, and one-on-one coaching to support the adoption of new processes, construction concepts, and continuous improvement tools.</li>\n<li>Manage and maintain HB University (LMS): upload content, enroll users, track completion, troubleshoot access issues, generate reports, and recommend enhancements.</li>\n<li>Collaborate across departments to identify training needs, prioritize programs, and support software/process rollouts.</li>\n<li>Evaluate training effectiveness through surveys, observations, and LMS data; prepare summary reports for OpEx leadership.</li>\n<li>Support onboarding by ensuring new hires complete required software and process training.</li>\n<li>Stay up to date on software updates, new features, and industry best practices and integrate them into training programs.</li>\n<li>Handle administrative logistics: scheduling, communications, materials preparation, calendar coordination, and follow-ups.</li>\n<li>Provide additional OpEx learning support as needed to drive the department’s roadmap.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You Need to Bring</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Required</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>2–4+ years of experience in training coordination, e-learning development, LMS administration, or software training support (construction or project-based environment preferred).</li>\n<li>Strong familiarity with construction/project management software (Procore, Bluebeam, etc.) and a willingness to learn emerging tools.</li>\n<li>Experience administering an LMS (content uploads, user management, reporting).</li>\n<li>Excellent communication and facilitation skills — comfortable engaging both office and field staff.</li>\n<li>Highly organized with strong attention to detail; proficient in Microsoft Office.</li>\n<li>Ability to travel to job sites for on-site training or needs assessments.</li>\n<li>Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for Florida travel.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Preferred</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Business, Construction Management, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).</li>\n<li>Knowledge of construction concepts or operational improvement methodologies.</li>\n<li>Experience creating e-learning content and video editing.</li>\n<li>Bilingual English/Spanish — highly valuable in supporting diverse teams.</li>\n<li>Understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design fundamentals.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Built on GRIT.
