Our TMA’s are compassionate, caring individuals who help our residents feel fulfilled and at home. </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>The TMA completes assigned tasks to ensure timely, efficient and safe resident care.</li>\n <li>The TMA communicates and interacts with residents, families and other health team members to assure resident safety and well-being.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>Qualifications Required:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>In good standing on the State Nursing Assistant Registry</li>\n <li>Meet the state requirements for medication administration</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Qualifications Preferred:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Hospital, home care or nursing home experience</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Benedictine and our Ministry partners are a non-profit senior care organization founded by the sisters of St. Scholastica that operates on four core values: Hospitality, Stewardship, Respect, and Justice.
