Leading high-impact ServiceTitan rollouts and enterprise initiatives
Partnering with operations, marketing, finance, and technology teams to align strategy and execution
Driving adoption, training, and change management across multiple regions
Identifying opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and standardize best practices
Monitoring results, measuring ROI, and ensuring initiatives deliver real business value
Influencing leaders and teams at every level of the organization
Qualifications
Do I Have What it Takes
We're looking for someone who combines operational credibility with technology expertise.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Technology, or related field
7+ years in home services operations with proven leadership experience.
Deep ServiceTitan experience across both field and back-office operations
Success leading large-scale implementations, rollouts, or transformation initiatives
Strong project leadership and stakeholder management skills
The confidence to make decisions and drive accountability
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to simplify complex concepts
A passion for continuous improvement and scalable business growth
Multi-location or multi-brand experience
Experience with integrations, APIs, or enterprise software ecosystems
Training, facilitation, or change management experience
