Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Technology, or related field 7+ years in home services operations with proven leadership experience. Deep ServiceTitan experience across both field and back-office operations Success leading large-scale implementations, rollouts, or transformation initiatives Strong project leadership and stakeholder management skills The confidence to make decisions and drive accountability Exceptional communication skills and the ability to simplify complex concepts A passion for continuous improvement and scalable business growth Multi-location or multi-brand experience Experience with integrations, APIs, or enterprise software ecosystems Training, facilitation, or change management experience #LI-JA1
