The ideal candidate will excel in client relationships, sales performance, and negotiation, while being committed to achieving results.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Work Schedule Flexibility:</span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><br></span>We require flexibility in working hours to accommodate client meetings, property viewings, and networking events. Our results-oriented approach allows you to manage your time efficiently, but availability on weekends is essential, as many real estate transactions take place during this time.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Weekend Availability:</span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><br></span>While we promote a balanced work-life schedule, weekend availability for property showings and client meetings is critical for success in this role.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Requirements:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Minimum of 1 years of experience as an estate agent.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Valid Fidelity Fund Certificate (PPRA).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Experience in the affordable housing market is advantageous.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Excellent communication skills to keep clients informed throughout the buying or selling process.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Strong administrative and negotiation skills.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">High level of integrity and attention to detail.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">A satisfactory criminal record check.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Valid driver’s license and access to own transportation.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Preferably located in the <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Kuils River or Blue Downs area</span>, with experience in affordable housing sales.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Proficiency in Google Drive and general computer skills.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"color: rgb(67, 67, 67)\">Remuneration:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Competitive commission split in addition to a basic salary.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">How to Apply:</span><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">If you are a highly motivated Property Practitioner with a proven track record, are enthusiastic about making a meaningful impact, and are ready for an exciting challenge, please apply with your Cover Letter and Resume.
