    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p><strong>Job Summary</strong></p><p>Supervisors in Production are responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing. They provide leadership and direction to production employees, ensure compliance with company policies and food safety standards, and drive continuous improvement in productivity and employee engagement.</p><p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</strong>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Provide leadership, coaching, and accountability to production employees.</li><li>Ensure compliance with food safety standards, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), HACCP, and OSHA safety regulations.</li><li>Allocate labor, equipment, and materials efficiently to meet production targets.</li><li>Conduct root cause analysis and complete HACCP, Allergen, Fryer, and other safety/quality reports.</li><li>Oversee daily production schedules to achieve safety, quality, cost, and delivery targets.</li><li>Direct oversight of operators on a line or shift.</li><li>Provide hands-on support, coaching, and training for new or less experienced employees.</li><li>Escalate complex issues to senior supervisors or Chief Supervisor.</li><li>Diagnose and resolve product, process, and equipment issues to minimize downtime.</li><li>Analyze performance data, recommend corrective actions, and implement process improvements.</li><li>Develop work schedules, training programs, and staffing plans.</li><li>Decision-making focused on immediate production needs.</li><li>Partner with Maintenance, Quality, HR, and other departments to resolve production issues.</li><li>Maintain accurate reports, logs, and metrics for production, safety, and attendance.</li><li>Promote teamwork, continuous improvement, and a positive work environment.</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned by management.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications and Requirements</strong></p><table border=\"0\" cellspacing=\"0\" cellpadding=\"0\" width=\"702\" style=\"height: 322px; width: 100%;\"><tbody><tr style=\"height: 143px;\"><td valign=\"top\" style=\"width: 96.7236%;\"><p><strong>Required Qualifications:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Associate degree (AA) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school or six+ months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.</li><li>Effective communication and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and production reporting systems (ERP/ADP or similar).</li><li>Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.</li></ul></td><td valign=\"top\" style=\"width: 3.27635%;\"><p>&nbsp;</p></td></tr><tr><td valign=\"top\" style=\"width: 96.7236%;\"><br></td><td valign=\"top\" style=\"width: 3.27635%;\"><p>&nbsp;</p></td></tr><tr style=\"height: 34px;\"><td valign=\"top\" style=\"width: 96.7236%;\"><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:&nbsp;</strong></p></td><td valign=\"top\" style=\"width: 3.27635%;\"><p>&nbsp;</p></td></tr><tr><td valign=\"top\" style=\"width: 96.7236%;\"><ul><li>Previous supervisory experience in food manufacturing or related production environment strongly preferred.</li><li>Knowledge of food safety, GMPs, HACCP, and OSHA safety standards.</li></ul></td><td valign=\"top\" style=\"width: 3.27635%;\"><p>&nbsp;</p></td></tr></tbody></table><p><strong>About Us</strong></p><p><strong>OUR FOUNDER, MOMOFUKU ANDO</strong><br>There is only one company that can rightfully claim the Pinnacle of Noodledom.
