Respond quickly to emails and have a sharp eye for detail. Requires ability to collaborate and communicate with other departments. Must be able to work in a team setting to meet company and individual goals. Requires working in Excel, SharePoint, and ERP system.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>• Scheduling shipping dates for sales orders and maintaining shipping schedule updates.</p>\n<p>• Processing shipment paperwork and distributing back-order lists.</p>\n<p>• Verifying shipments are sent to customers with the proper labeling and correct inventory inside the package.</p>\n<p>• Creating pick-ticket paperwork for picking / packing team.</p>\n<p>• Distribute missing items report.</p>\n<p>• Utilize computer system to identify tasks, enter completed tasks and find goods.</p>\n<p>• Fill orders for the delivery, sale, and movement of products and goods.</p>\n<p>• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.</p>\n<p>• Adhere to housekeeping standards.</p>\n<p>• Follow warehouse safety guidelines.</p>\n<p>• Other duties as assigned.</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>Experience & Education</p>\n<ul>\n <li>2-3 years warehouse experience required</li>\n <li>Forklift experience required</li>\n <li>Transportation Management System Experience required</li>\n <li>Experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel required.</li>\n <li>Scan Gun experience required</li>\n <li>High School Diploma/GED required</li>\n <li>ERP system experience preferred.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Working Conditions & Physical Demands:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Working conditions are normal for a manufacturing environment.</li>\n <li>Will require heavy work (lifting greater than 30 pounds).</li>\n <li>Machinery operation requires the use of safety PPE equipment to include but not limited to; eye safety glasses, hearing protectors, steel-toe shoes, and hardhats. Loose fitting clothes and jewelry are not permitted</li>\n <li>Regularly required to stand or sit, and move about the facility. Ability to work at a computer.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Materials and Equipment Used: Will require proper coordination, and motor skills to work with power/hand tools as needed in addition to the use of a computer.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Tools: ERP Software, Label Machines, scales and printers.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We offer 100% employer paid medical plan.
