Take advantage of clear <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">leadership pathways—</span>including roles like Clinical Manager and Clinical Director—within our growing organization.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Comprehensive Benefits Package:</span> Medical, dental, and vision insurance (lowest cost medical plan is $3.50 biweekly), Company paid Life and AD&amp;D insurance, Voluntary short and long -term disability plans available for qualified employees, 401K matching 100% of 3% of total compensation plus 50% for 3-5% of total compensation.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What you will bring to the team:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Board certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA, BCBA-D).</li>\n<li>Behavior Specialist/BCBA License for assigned state(s).</li>\n<li>1+ years of professional experience as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) working with clients with ASD.</li>\n<li>Experience using ABLLS, VB-MAPP, PEAK, Vineland and QABF, MAS, FAST and Functional Behavior Assessments.</li>\n<li>Maintain CEU requirement and BCBA credential with Behavior Analytic Certification Board (BACB).</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What you will do as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA):</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct initial and ongoing behavioral assessments (including Functional Behavior Assessments) and skills assessments</li>\n<li>Write comprehensive initial and ongoing behavior and skills assessment reports, treatment plans, and clinical documentation in line with BACB, insurance, and organizational standards.</li>\n<li>Develop and implement behavior intervention plans and ABA therapy programs, while monitoring progress through supervision, data analysis and caregiver input.</li>\n<li>Provide consultation, training, and supervision to parents, school personnel, and therapeutic support staff, maintaining BACB supervision standards.</li>\n<li>Provide field supervision of Registered Behavior / ABA Therapists in accordance with BACB standards.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Working Conditions and Physical Demands</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Estimated 50% travel, dependent on need.
